The Position:
The Marketing Brand Coordinator is a full-time position that serves as part of the Marketing team and reports to the Sr. Marketing Brand Manager. The primary focus of the position is to support the communications and Marketing activities for a set number of dental offices. This position will be responsible for communicating with the office team and Doctors regarding all new patient marketing tactics. As we open new offices, the Marketing Brand Coordinator will also work directly with business development to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to established practice. This position reports in office to the Support Center in Jenks, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you will take on in this role:
Marketing expert for an assigned territory. Conduct competitive analysis in the marketplace; report and apply findings and insights.
Analyze relevant metrics, such as new patient flow, patient acquisition cost, patient re-appoint, marketing spends, and more to provide recommendations and continually revise campaign strategy.
The ability to work with a graphic designer to design marketing material and maintain brand consistency.
Work side-by-side with the Digital team to develop and execute targeted social media ads.
Locate and research events, such as school and local community events, around the area for viability and ROI opportunities.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Audit marketing campaigns against established goals and objectives and share results with key partners.
This position will report in person to the Support Center in Jenks, OK with a hybrid work model, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
