    Role Overview:
    We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to design, coordinate, and implement dynamic demand generation strategies across a variety of digital channels. In this position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-performing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and supporting sales growth.

    The primary focus of this role is to craft, execute, and refine data-driven marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, and excel in managing creative development processes to deliver measurable results.

    Expertise in email marketing, particularly using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is essential for success. This includes designing workflows, optimizing email deliverability, and segmenting audiences for targeted outreach.

    You’ll play a pivotal role in driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Search, and Email Campaigns while collaborating with the broader digital team to expand lead acquisition efforts across channels such as social media, events, organic search, and digital advertising.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
    • Own the campaign calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of multi-channel initiatives.
    • Lead the setup, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced segmentation and automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams—product marketing, creative, strategy, and product management—to develop campaigns aligned with business objectives.
    • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Document best practices, establish benchmarks, and create templates to streamline future campaign execution.
