Job Summary
This role embodies the voice of our brand across social media, email, and website communication. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional writing skills and a discerning eye for design and photography. Responsibilities include managing a content calendar for all channels and ensuring accurate information delivery to our esteemed Guests.
This is an in-person, full time Monday-Friday position.
Essential Functions
- Work within CRM to create email campaigns and segmented lists
- Capture compelling content via iPhone for social media
- Compile content into relevant and trending posts including reels.
- Write, proofread, and revise marketing copy for accuracy and clarity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve email experience and revenue generation
- Track and analyze campaign performances post-send and continually evaluate strategies, report results to the Marketing team.
- Maintain and grow the database of emails and identify lead capturing opportunities.
- Identify best practices for communication channels (email and social)
- Execute competitive analysis to identify areas of growth opportunities
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of relevant CRM databases and social media pages
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to write creative, effective content.
- Demonstrated ability to create enticing reels, layouts, graphics and edit photos.
- Experience managing business social media pages preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and PicMonkey.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Prior experience with CRMs preferred.
- Advertising/Marketing experience or degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines.

- 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
Holiday Pay:
