    About the Role

    Reboot Staff is seeking an organized and resourceful Marketing & Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals. This role focuses on written and verbal communication strategies, project coordination, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content Development : Create and edit marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
    • Event Coordination : Plan and support company events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
    • Brand Messaging : Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications.
    • Internal Communication : Facilitate the flow of information between departments and leadership teams.
    • Vendor Management : Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Reporting : Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications strategies.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
