We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. The Marketing Communications Coordinator serves as a bridge between the marketing team and our agents, focusing on internal communications and social media strategy. This role ensures that the marketing initiatives align with the needs of our agents and broader company goals. The ideal candidate will develop effective internal communication techniques, teach marketing basics to agents, and help implement marketing strategies across multiple businesses under our umbrella. They will also play a key role in managing social media content, creating engaging materials, and fostering strong relationships within the organization. Responsibilities: • Serve as the liaison between the marketing team and agents, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of marketing initiatives. • Develop and deliver training sessions or classes for agents on marketing best practices, focusing on social media, branding, and basic marketing strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategic campaigns and cascade important messaging to agents and staff. • Create and manage content calendars for businesses under our umbrella, as well as for individual agents. • Draft, schedule, and post social media content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. • Assist in developing marketing materials, including slide decks for business meetings, blog posts, newsletters, and internal communication updates. • Collect, filter, and analyze agent feedback to help shape marketing strategies, balancing agent needs with company objectives. • Travel between various office locations to meet with agents and provide in-person support as needed. • Monitor and report on social media performance and public perception, suggesting improvements to boost engagement. • Ensure all communications and marketing efforts reflect the company’s values and mission. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Preferred 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role. • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including content creation and scheduling. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and teaching abilities. • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; basic video and photography skills are a plus. • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
