    Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • · Build and manage community partnerships, representing Silfab Solar to foster local connections and support within the solar industry.
    • · Engage with customers, distributors, and industry partners, focusing on the Southeastern region.
    • · Organize and lead facility tours and events for clients, stakeholders, and community members, both at our site and at industry events.
    • · Actively participate in local and solar industry communities to boost Silfab's reputation and community connection.
    • · Collaborate with the marketing team to manage various integrated communications and marketing activities internally and externally.
    • · Assist in the development and execution of the annual marketing and communications plan.
    • · Develop and maintain external sales collateral for the sales team, including data sheets, brochures, signage, and trade show materials.
    • · Work with cross-functional departments and sales to gauge campaign performance and implement improvements.
    • · Develop strategic marketing initiatives with key partners to strengthen Silfab Solar’s value proposition in the market.
    • · Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media channels, and provide relevant content updates to the website.
    • · Source or develop content for newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
    • · Monitor industry news, competitor updates, and social media for insights and data relevant to internal stakeholder.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience

    • · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR & Communications, or Digital Marketing.
    • · 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or communications role (manufacturing experience is a plus).
    • · Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
    • · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • · Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
    • · Strong project management, customer service, and organizational skills.
    • · Willingness to be a team player and take on a wide range of tasks, from strategic planning to hands-on event setup.
    • Preferred
    • · Proficiency with Microsoft CRM or Salesforce.
    • · Proficiency with graphic design
