Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about mental health advocacy to join our team! As a Marketing Specialist on the team, you will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message. You will be implementing marketing strategies, skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase client referrals and community engagement. Tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting our mental health services, building referral partnerships, and increasing client acquisition through effective outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and community-based marketing, with a strong understanding of mental health services and client needs. Has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance client referrals and brand awareness
Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and other partners
Create compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns to educate the public and promote mental health services
Manage online presence and reputation by monitoring reviews, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers
Plan and coordinate community outreach events, workshops, and networking opportunities to promote services and build relationships
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to align marketing efforts with the practice’s mission and client needs
Qualifications
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or a related industry
Proven track record of increasing client referrals and building strong community partnerships
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content creation
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
