    Pink Soda, a luxury blow dry bar & salon concept serving its 10-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Marketing and Development Associate to work at our Tampa FL location on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Market Research

    Conducting Market Research to identify trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities for all of our locations

    Compile and present research findings to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

    Collaborate on merchandising for our first retail pop up setting to launch in 2024.

    Concierge duties. - at the salon.

    Content Support

    Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, flyers, and email & cold call campaigns.

    Conduct research to support content development, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information.

    Monitor content performance metrics and propose optimizations based on insights.

    Attend and assist with collection of content for press releases related to community events

    Event Organization and Management

    Proactively plan, coordinate, and help to execute company and employee events, prospect webinars and presentations, and promotional activities to enhance the mission, brand visibility and engagement

    Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth setup, and post-event evaluation

    Collaborate with human resources and marketing to create event materials, flyers, signage, and promotional collateral

    Survey Design and Management

    Collaborate with human resources, marketing, residents, and communities to design and execute surveys to gather valuable stakeholder insights

    Analyze survey data to uncover trends, preferences, and areas for improvement

    Create comprehensive reports and presentations based on survey findings to guide strategic decision-making

    General administrative support for Mission Development and Marketing including reception work at the locations when needed. Assisting with booking appointments via phone and walk in s as well.

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

    Minimum of one year's experience in a merchandising, retail, hospitality and or salon experience.

    Experience in marketing with a focus on surveys, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You must be a real relationship builder.

    Proficiency in survey design and analysis tools

    Strong organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality

    Proficient in Apple products and CRM systems

    Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms and content creation

    An entry level marketing position, responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure of the development, marketing, and mission development departments by managing multiple databases, creating content that shares the stories of our mission, coordinating events and other initiatives that engage employees and prospects, and providing administrative support.
