    Liv Design Collective is an award-winning interior design firm based in the Salt Lake City area in the luxury residential and commercial interior design industry.     We are looking for a liaison between the design team and marketing team to design and create trending, engaging, social content. We need someone who really “gets” the brand and our audience.

    Our successful candidate will work directly with the Principal Designer/CEO, Marketing Manager and CMO.

    • You have a passion for award winning interior design and confidence in your skills to represent a high-end brand.

    • Getting the work done can include doing the graphics art, reels, copy or email templates yourself or you can manage inside team or outside contractors. You don’t care who does it or gets the credit as long as it’s high-volume, high-quality, published output.

    • You don’t tolerate low quality, waste or inefficiencies.

    • Co-workers and managers describe you as an excellent team lead. You have a proven track record of leadership can inspire a creative team down the hall or around the world.

    • The highest standards are something you notice and appreciate. No one would describe you as a diva but you do love the finer things and know how to showcase those in design and in marketing content.

    • Local, day-trip travel, a couple of times a month and nationally a few times year sounds like a dream come true; especially to manage a photo shoot.

    • You have demonstrated the ability to achieve aggressive timelines - from concept to launch and management. You can effectively communicate what realistic timelines are for the projects you have been assigned or plan to execute.

    • Watching the audience trends is a passion of yours. You are fluent in socials, audience engagement, and know how to generate content that pulls in audience growth and engagement.

    • You’re beyond organized. You need a plan to accomplish a goal and break it down task by task until you can see a clear path to get there. You can see the big picture to keep up on that path and the momentum is exciting!

    • You have 2+ years’ experience in content creation and can demonstrate success in marketing luxury brands on social platforms.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Capture and oversee the capture of assets (photog & video), manage the asset library.
    • Be a content generation machine: quality and engaging content on all platforms assigned by the Marketing Manager & Art Director including socials, email, PR / print, website and other channels as assigned.
    • Achieving brand growth and defense of overall digital footprint (engagement, reviews, etc.)
    • Maximize the publication opportunities and relationships for the design portfolio on socials, PR, email and print.
    • Our successful candidate will assist the Art Director and CMO in creating pieces for publication that are on-brand, engaging and connect clients to Liv Design Collective.
    • Be detail oriented and have a familiarity with social media terms, and other marketing terms so nothing falls through the cracks.
    • Must have 2-3 years of marketing experience. Experience in other fields and industries is a bonus.
    • Bachelors in a related field preferred not required.
    • Social media skills – you are immersed on major platforms
    • Tech skills including Microsoft suite, Canva, Vid Editing Tools, Notion, Sprout or other social media tool, and Word-press are required, or you know you can learn them quickly.
    • Experience in E-Commerce, luxury brands, is helpful but not required.
    • Fast and efficient work style, above average communication skills, and great people skills.
    • Frequently required to talk on the phone, video calls, and in-person to team.
    • Above average visual and audio capability required; this is a visual and audio dominant position with a an above average attention to detail.
    • Ability to travel is required and moderate local travel is expected to and from the office in Murray and to shoots and installs to direct content as needed. Occasional out of state travel about 2-5 times a year is also expected for shows and conferences.
    • Interior Design team support with installations, client connections and other duties as assigned.
