We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves creating and delivering marketing packages to prospective clients, collecting sample materials and ensuring seamless tracking of all activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in office programs, and a knack for maintaining accurate records in a CRM program. This role requires working on-site in the office.
Responsibilities
Marketing Material Preparation:
Assemble custom marketing packages tailored to prospective client needs.
Ensure all materials are professional, complete, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Delivery and Collection:
Deliver marketing packages to prospects promptly and professionally.
Collect sample materials from clients or prospects.
Drive the company vehicle responsibly and maintain its cleanliness.
Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and follow-ups using a CRM program.
Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns and generate reports as needed.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to marketing material logistics.
Administrative Support:
Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely restocking.
Assist with other marketing or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role or marketing coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with PrintSpeak or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for driving the company vehicle).
Reliable transportation for occasional use if necessary.
Print and/or Signs Experience a Plus.
