We have been retained by our client, a growing Architecture firm in the San Diego area, to find a Marketing Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives, coordinating proposal submissions, maintaining digital presence, and creating a variety of marketing materials.

Duties:

• Design and produce marketing collateral such as proposals, presentations, and brochures using design software.
• Identify and track new business opportunities, managing leads and follow-up communications.
• Maintain and update the firm's social media channels and website with fresh content and project information.
• Act as a liaison between the firm and media outlets, as well as with marketing teams from partner companies.
• Assist with organizing company events and participate in regular marketing meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the A/E/C sector.
• Experience managing RFQ/RFP submissions and coordinating proposal processes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for marketing and administrative tasks.
• Experience managing social media and website platforms.
• Creative mindset with a focus on visual & written storytelling and clear communication.
