    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
    • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

    2. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements. Produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

    3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media performance. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

    4. Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Coordinate event logistics, manage registrations, and support on-site event operations as needed.

    5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.

    6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

    7. Collateral Management: Manage the creation, distribution, and inventory of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.

    8. Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing activities, such as printing, advertising, and promotional items. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

    9. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective spending. Provide regular updates on budget status and forecasts.

    10. Brand Building:

    • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Brand Guidelines: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
    • Brand Campaigns: Plan and implement brand-building campaigns that highlight the company's mission, values, and unique selling propositions. Monitor and analyze the impact of these campaigns on brand perception.
    • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that customer interactions are aligned with the brand's values and messaging.
    • Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships that can elevate the brand's visibility and reputation.
