The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs and assist with developing new initiatives aligned with company and departmental goals. The ideal candidate has experience across marketing functions such as communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and business development. This role requires an organized multitasker with a positive, optimistic attitude who can handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape; prepare reports by summarizing data. • Support the Marketing Team by evaluating and establishing marketing plans and strategies, assembling Intake forecasts, setting objectives, and updating calendars. • Assist Business Development with event planning, gifts, presentations, and organizing deadlines for dinners, lunches, and special events. • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables while providing instructions for firm campaigns. • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by coordinating logistics, establishing contacts, and managing CRM systems. • Research new sources of prospective customer data, social trends, and provide recommendations. • Assist with reviewing records, data, and training needs for the marketing department. • Create compelling media content and schedule releases strategically. • Flexibility to handle intake meetings after hours as needed. Qualifications: • Positive, optimistic, friendly demeanor, strong written and verbal communication, resourceful, creative, adaptable, strategic, crisis management, emotionally intelligent, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Content creation, social media strategy, paid social media advertising, knowledge of multiple platforms, basic graphic design, and analytical skills. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications - preferred. • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role. • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media. • Experience with research using data analytics software. • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. • Working knowledge in full Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) and Hootsuite and Canva. • This role is an in office position - local candidates only please. Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
