    Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator - CRM & Loyalty Programs to support brand awareness, product promotion, and guest engagement across multiple brands. This role involves collaborating with external partners, Operations, IT, and other internal teams to execute seamless marketing initiatives. The ideal candidates will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize loyalty programs and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels. In additional you will leverage advanced segmentation techniques, customer insights, and collaborative teamwork to drive measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and manage content for websites, social media, billboards, in-store signage, and promotional materials

    Execute social media strategies, including influencer partnerships and engagement.

    Monitor and respond to guest feedback across digital channels

    Oversee loyalty programs, track engagement, and distribute guest rewards

    Analyze marketing data to refine strategies and improve performance

    Support store-level marketing initiatives and respond to field requests

    Manage administrative tasks such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and distributing marketing materials

    Requirements:

    High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

    Marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

    Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer engagement, and digital trends

    Experience managing loyalty programs and guest engagement

    Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and marketing software

    Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach

    Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools

    Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
