    We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our CRM & Loyalty Programs team for Freebirds World Burrito, Taco Bueno, and Uncle Julio’s. This role is a ground-floor level opportunity and will work to optimize loyalty programs and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels.

    Support CRM & Loyalty platform operations, ensuring functionality and alignment with engagement goals

    Assist in campaign execution across email, SMS, and app channels.

    Collaborate with IT, Analytics, and Marketing teams on platform updates and maintenance

    Help develop audience segmentation strategies to personalize customer engagement

    Monitor loyalty program performance, conduct A/B testing, and compile insights

    Coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution through a content calendar

    Assist with copywriting, graphic design, and marketing asset creation

    Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies

    Prepare reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

    1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role

    Knowledge of CRM management, loyalty programs, and digital marketing

    Familiarity with loyalty-based CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

    Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and creation of targeted campaigns

    Analytical with solid organization and communication skills

    Familiarity with basic graphic design and copywriting is a plus

    Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
