We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand awareness, conduct business development, and execute marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, organization, and an understanding of marketing strategies tailored for the legal industry, with a strong emphasis on content creation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. While experience with professional services is preferred, it’s not required. This is a hybrid role, 4 days in office (Newport Beach) and 1 day WFH. Responsibilities: • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: stay up to date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies; identify opportunities for growth • Manage Marketing Process: monitor and update marketing performance metrics; analyze data to identify trends and measure the success of marketing and business development activities; provide regular updates to leadership on marketing efforts and outcomes • Print: assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements • Newsletters: draft monthly newsletters to former clients and referral partners; coordinate graphic design with freelance graphic designers • SEO and PPC: coordinate with the digital marketing agency as to SEO and PPC strategy • Website: draft blog articles and content for the website in collaboration with outside vendors and internal team members • Social Media: develop a social media strategy; oversee social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement; suggest video content for YouTube • Business Development: support the planning and execution of networking events, sponsorships, and industry outreach efforts; attend online and in-person meetings, conference,s and trade show,s and pitch the firm's services (approx. 8-10/year); coordinate deliverables for conferences; organize client events and webinars to promote the firm's services Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal environment • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems (CMS) • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is preferred • Familiarity with legal industry trends and compliance is preferred Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
