Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be adept at managing multiple marketing objectives and tasks. Effectively develops, coordinates, and manages the marketing budget, trade shows, license reporting, Bazaarvoice end-user questions, Webscraper support, and Marketing Service overview. Work closely with the Product Managers and Sales team to ensure the timely completion of multiple projects.
** Principle Responsibilities**
- Support market budget build, all marketing purchase orders (POs), tracking market expenses
- Tradeshow support: booth expenses, freight & drayage, sample orders, and scheduling tradeshow exhibit tasks
- Provide support for Bazaarvoice end-user questions & coordination
- Licensing product reporting, tracking licensing expenses
- Provide support for Webscraper database and internal reporting, prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Work closely with Marketing Services regarding job tracking and timely completion of projects
- Online seeds, vine, and campaign participation sample ordering
- Provide support for regulations for Wercsmart online filing
- Coordinates delivery of brochures and sales literature (inventory & printing)
- Support new product advertising
- Support master price schedules
