    Job Summary MPS is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a strong blend of social media management, creative design expertise and strategic marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing in achieving marketing goals by coordinating and executing various marketing efforts such as social media management, content creation, event organization, and market research. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a high end, fast-paced environment and can manage a diverse range of tasks.

    Responsibilities

    Social Media Management:

    Develop and adjust social media strategy.

    Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with the MPS brand such as posts, videos, graphics, and stories to drive user engagement and interaction.

    Collaborate with all MPS providers to develop content.

    Build and maintain relationships with influencers.

    Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

    Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media content creation.

    Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

    Content Management:

    Assist in the creation of engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, social media graphics, email newsletters, print materials and more. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

    Collaborate with other departments as needed to create digital and print materials.

    Event planning and coordination:

    Assist with planning and organizing internal and external marketing events.

    Website Maintenance:

    Regularly update MPS websites to ensure all content is up to date with the latest services and products and maintain brand consistency.

    Qualifications

    This role is designed for candidates with professional experience and is not considered an entry-level role.

    3+ years of experience in social media management.

    Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other relevant tools.

    Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed to capture event content.

    Experience or passion for the aesthetic industry is a plus.

    Creative thinking and problem solving skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and as a team.

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
