    One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a home services company that believes everyone deserves a safe and comfortable home. We believe the best marketing begins with excellent service and our goal is 100% satisfaction from our clients.

    We are looking for a marketing professional to oversee One Hour’s brand awareness in Johnson County and help us win clients. This position represents us in the community so our ideal applicant will be friendly and professional. This position will work closely with our company owner and content creator.

    Responsibilities

    Be able to develop and implement a social media strategy.

    Manage content creation, social copy, and publishing.

    Manage website updates and write blog posts.

    Assist with community sponsorship partners.

    Respond to requests for images and ad copy.

    Act as our representative at community and sponsorship events.

    Create and monitor Google Ad campaigns

    Create monthly email messages to our client list.

    Track content and ad performance, discovering, and implementing insights to improve business outcomes.

    Pay: $50,000-$60,000

    Requirements

    Based in our office in Olathe, Kansas.

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    Proficiency in Canva and WordPress.

    Understands Google Ads.

    Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

    Can meet tight deadlines and has an exceptional eye for details.
