Key Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a small team to support local and regional marketing efforts.
Collaborate regularly with other teams, including Operations, Development, and Analytics, as well as external advertising and PR agencies.
Monitor and report on competitive landscape to identify marketing opportunities.
Research and make recommendations on community events, local businesses, and other opportunities for involvement.
Assist with coordination and execution of special events, and coordinate deliverables for sponsorships & partnerships.
Manage inventory and organization of marketing and event materials, including ordering collateral as necessary while adhering to a budget.
Manage 80+ club web pages, ensuring up-to-date club information, and coordinating professional photo shoots as necessary.
Maintain organization of digital assets, including professional photo libraries and various marketing collateral.
Maintain organization of various calendars and project trackers simultaneously.
Assist with tracking campaign performance and analyzing promotional results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong attention to detail, efficient, and highly organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives
Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth
Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in a fast-paced environment
Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!
Position will be hybrid based in our Foxborough, MA office, with occasional travel to other locations throughout New England.
