Marketing Coordinator-
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will execute digital marketing initiative across all Aurio’s suite of services in an effort to attract new business. Client services including website design, website management, search engine optimization, digital advertising, creative design, and email marketing. You'll also help develop, manage, and measure the results of a marketing plan for a rapidly growing Healthcare and Business Solutions company. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive and winning mindset.
Responsibilities :
Engage collaboratively with the team while working individually on projects.
Help with promoting Aurio’s brand, along with associated lines of business.
Design content to sustain target market and prospect’s curiosity via creating brand awareness around our target markets.
Assist in quality assurance through testing websites, email, and forms, and other associated marketing materials.
Work collaboratively with Aurio's clients to properly identify, plan and execute scopes of work.
Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet multiple deadlines.
Analyze and make recommendations to improve marketing initiatives.
Possess strong knowledge of software applications in the realm of graphic design.
Compose, proofread, and edit content for digital marketing efforts.
Help ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone to optimize search and social promotion.
Execute web editing tasks including updating website copy, sourcing, cropping, uploading images, and posting new content.
Analyze and make recommendations to improve marketing initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, art or related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience preferred but not mandatory.
Highly organized, coachable, creative, collaborative, multi-tasker.
Excellent written / verbal communications skills.
Comfortable with both Mac and PC platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong layout and typography skills
Ability to adhere to brand standards.
Attention to detail
Web Design experience (wix, wordpress).
Must have a passion for digital design – specifically within healthcare and business development.
