    Countryside Culligan water is seeking a self-driven, responsible person with an aptitude for sales. This position will work closely with our sales team to create & implement local marketing campaigns, communicate with new and existing customers, manage new customer inquiries, schedule appointments and follow-up visits, and much more. To be a successful in this position, you should be organized, accountable, creative, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have excellent communication skills and professionalism.

    Responsibilities SALES SUPPORT: Provide support to the sale team. Schedule appointments, follow-up with phone calls/mailings to new and old prospects. Learn our prospect tracking system. Know status of all leads, appts, and follow-ups. Be able to analyze reports and data.

    MARKETING Coordinator: Create and Implement marketing campaigns. Must know a design program such as Canva or Photoshop to create Social Media Campaigns and monthly email blasts in Constant Contact. Must be organized to track all marketing efforts and responses received. Will work with local organizations to coordinate sponsorship opportunities and event planning.

    OFFICE Support: Must be a team player. This is a small company and at times position will also provide support to the front office during scheduled days. Answer phones, process payments, confirm appointments, and any other special projects or office duties that may need to be done.

    HOURS: Monday - Friday: 8 AM- 1pm

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Minimum of two years of customer service experience required

    Strong time management and project management skills

    Must be able to navigate & work excel to manage mailing lists and create mailing labels

    Proficient in Canva/Adobe Photoshop or similar design program

    Social Media - Meta Business experience and/or management

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
