POSITION SUMMARY: Lakewood Ranch, the nation's top-selling all ages master-planned community, offers award-winning lifestyle, an array of amenities, and a variety of home and builder options. It is the role of the Marketing department to help current residents and prospects understand and learn more about the offerings of Lakewood Ranch through the various channels it manages. There are a variety of ways to explore the community using interactive tools, websites, the Lakewood Ranch Information Center, and printed collateral. Given the breadth of the community's offerings, ensuring that customers have accurate information from our builders and various partner groups as they explore their options is key. This position will be responsible for vetting and updating our marketing channels, assets, and collateral regularly, according to Lakewood Ranch brand guidelines.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends and after hours as necessary for projects and special events
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and track community and builder information to ensure all details are correctly communicated on marketing assets and collateral.
- Schedule and facilitate training of new builder staff on Marketing Reference Guide
- Update information & content on various websites including www.lakewoodranch.com, www.myLWR.com, www.watersideplace.com, and www.lwrwaterside.com.
- Assist in developing and managing future MyLWR tools and integrations, along with updating content
- Monitor and coordinate interactive map updates as needed (new photos, update information, coordinate new village openings, etc.)
- Audit all marketing channels and assets (websites, interactive maps, collateral, signage and community listings) regularly to assess if accurate information is represented; evaluate and implement needed updates.
- Manage Photography Library – upload new photography and categorize available assets for quick reference.
- Elevate image assets for integration in marketing materials that are representative of the creative objectives.
- Coordinate and collect photography assets from builders and tenants.
- Provide builders, media partners, businesses, etc. with requested photo assets, aligned with demonstrating our brand objectives
- Lead organization of photo opportunities and shoots, including reserving locations, hiring photographers, booking models, and ensuring all assets are received.
- Manage the inventory of collateral materials and promotional items; order as needed.
- Deliver required collateral materials to builders and partner distribution centers.
- Serve as backup to Lifestyle Events Manager and Events Coordinator, including onsite event plan execution.
- Assist with community sponsorship requests and commitments (local sports teams, etc.); to include communication with groups, providing assets and processing payments.
- Assist in implementing campaigns and monitoring campaign and media channel performance
- Review signage needs for new village openings, coordinate with vendor on installation
- Support with reviewing legal documents & providing recommended edits as needed
- Support administrative needs of the marketing team including office supply orders and invoicing.
- Assist marketing team members with other assignments and duties as needed.

- Must have above-average computer skills, and ability to learn new software quickly and thoroughly
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Experience with WordPress preferred
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and friendly acumen
- Must be able to work with all levels of the organization.
