    Job Description

    The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, build a strong community, and enhance our brand presence. This position is perfect for an organized and creative individual with a passion for brand-building and community engagement. You'll collaborate across teams, work on exciting activations, and play a key role in connecting our brand with new consumers, as well as keeping our loyal fans engaged.

    Job Responsibilities

    Marketing Team Support & Organization (30%)

    • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
    • Managing marketing team projects in Asana and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely execution and seamless collaboration.
    • Manage marketing files and assets using Google Drive and Air Digital Asset Manager (DAM), serving as the go-to for organization, maintenance and accessibility.
    • Assist in updating sales-facing marketing materials as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment throughout the year.
    • Coordinate and lead monthly marketing updates to keep internal stakeholders informed about team achievements, ongoing projects, and upcoming initiatives.
    • Oversee and maintain the brand master calendar to keep teams aligned and informed.

    Trade Marketing & Activation (30%)

    • Coordinate creative requests from Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring timely submissions and reporting updates.
    • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager on coordinating retails programs and point of sale materials.
    • Collaborate with the Activation & Partnerships Manager and regional sales teams to identify activation needs and secure event resources.
    • Assist with on-the-ground execution at large-scale events, including setup, engagement, and content capture, as needed.
    • Manage product seeding efforts for local influencers, event coordinators, and partners to boost brand awareness.
    • Manage presentation of brand across e-commerce touchpoints.

    Public Relations & Communications (5%)

    • Track press coverage and communicate key wins to internal stakeholders.
    • Support PR initiatives as needed, including influencer and partner outreach, to amplify the brand's visibility.

    Social Media & Community Management (10%)

    • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with various needs to successfully execute our social media strategy.
    • Assist with the research and outreach for potential content creator partnerships.
    • Stay up-to-date with cultural trends and competitor activity across social, sharing insights and contributing ideas to inform marketing initiatives and social strategy.

    Long Squad Ambassador Program (20%)

    • Assist with the Long Squad program, driving community engagement through activities, rewards, and challenges.
    • Coordinate Long Squad initiatives, ensuring strong member engagement and recruitment.

    Analytics & Reporting (5%)

    • Reporting on marketing performance, community engagement, and event impact for internal stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.

    • Experience managing social media platforms and familiarity with community management tools.

    • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

    • Preferred: 1-3 years of Marketing and/or event coordination experience.

    • Bonus: Experience in the alcoholic beverage or CPG industry.

    The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
