The Noel Collective is a boutique Luxury Real Estate Team established in 2021, serving the Nashville area. Led by Ali Garner Noel, we have 5 agents and 2 back-office roles in place currently. We affiliate with Compass, the largest and most innovative independently owned brokerage in the country, with a network of over 20,000 agents nationwide. Position Summary Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Marketing Coordinator position will drive brand awareness, grow our future clientele, and nurture our current clientele through our marketing presence. This person is responsible for our online and print presence and owns how The Noel Collective shows up on all forms of marketing, from social media to Compass to MLS. This is a full-time, permanent position with regular office hours in our Green Hills Compass office. • Full-Time Role (minimum of 40 hours/wk) • In office 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week • Schedule to be aligned with Chief of Staff Responsibilities: • Manages all TNC social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) • Creates cutting-edge marketing (reels, posts, videos, etc) for social channels that grow our social presence and attract new clients to our business • Private Exclusive Entry and MLS Listing Entry • Creates and upkeeps all marketing materials (Includes but not limited to buyer and seller guides, flyers, listing materials, etc.) • Creates and sends monthly digital newsletter • All content creation posted on social media aside from our professional videography for listings • Marketing and social media system implementation and management (Canva, Compass Marketing Center, etc.) • Assembling marketing/print collateral • Creating and executing client and house sphere gifting throughout the year • Birthday cards, gift drops, etc. • House Past Client Action Plans and Execution • Organizing and maintaining team Drive • Various administrative tasks • Planning and executing events and classes • Ordering and preparing closing gifts on a weekly basis • Responsible for daily social media posts and stories, as well as interacting with clients through social media • Maintaining website and Compass agent pages • Coordinating lifestyle pictures/headshots and team videos • Planning and executing client appreciation events and networking events alongside CoS • Responsible for creating and ordering swag for team • Monthly revision of SOPs for Marketing Coordinator in team manual Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Compensation: $40,000+
