Marketing & Creative Media Liaison
This is an ideal position for someone desiring to work in the rewarding, fast-paced, and growing field of outpatient physical therapy. You will work on a team to bring new business to the practice and strengthen relationships with existing and past patients as well as Dr. offices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a very high level of attention to detail. This position will report directly to the management team and has the potential for professional growth with well-established brand recognition.
Base Salary 40-50K Plus Bonus Options
Primary Duties:
Establish and promote personal relationships with local Las Cruces physicians, referral sources and staff members in the southern NM region.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Coordinate community outreach events and maximize public relations.
Work exceptionally well in a team-based environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Visit and communicate with 60 to 100 Dr.s' offices per week resulting in 100+ referrals per week.
Facilitate direct referrals to the business from the community.
Maintain and increase digital media strategies across various platforms including live streaming and short video production. Experience with Canva and social media preferred.
Organize in-services with physician offices.
Conduct meaningful research into past and existing customers to recommend future successful campaigns for business development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in related study.
Well known and established in the community
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with passion for marketing and advertising.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Customer Relations Management software
Comfort and confidence in face-to-face sales/marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Facebook and Google ads experience for business.
Ability to strategically evaluate and assess the needs of clients.
Excellent business sense as well as problem solving, project management, and analytical skills.
Medical experience and terminology knowledge preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
