Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our expanding family law practice. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the firm’s overall brand presence, lead generation strategies, and client engagement, ensuring that we reach individuals in need of compassionate and expert divorce and mediation services. Responsibilities: The Marketing Director’s primary duties include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to strengthen the firm’s brand and expand its reach. • Leading digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media, to drive client inquiries and consultations. • Managing content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and client-facing materials, ensuring alignment with the firm’s tone and mission. • Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies. • Collaborating with the legal team to create educational and client-focused materials that communicate the firm’s expertise and values. • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for community engagement and partnerships to enhance the firm’s reputation. Qualifications: The ideal Marketing Director will have: • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal, professional services, or in any related industry. • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences. • Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Base + Performance Bonus
