In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind branding, marketing campaigns, and event planning, ensuring the Ledbetter Law Group’s mission and values shine through in every detail. Strong graphic design skills and a passion for planning and executing impactful events are a must. • This is a full-time, onsite position. • Event planning. • Attendance of events on behalf of the Firm within the community during, before, and after normal business hours. Responsibilities: • Strong proficiency in CRM management and implementation • Skilled in graphic design, independently creating social media content, flyers, and print ads for magazines and newspapers • Develops and distributes newsletters through Constant Contact • Takes full ownership of event planning and execution, from concept to completion • Manages marketing and event budgets autonomously • Leads all marketing efforts for the firm, particularly in estate planning, probate, and real estate • Drives community outreach initiatives and independently builds partnerships with key stakeholders Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of marketing and event planning experience • Expertise in paid search, content marketing, and social media marketing • Proficient in the use of computers, CRM, and project management software • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must have experience with Adobe Suite and Canva • Ability to professionally present promotional materials to prospective clients • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a strategic, innovative, and creative approach • A passion for managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
