Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. • Manage and oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and advertising campaigns. • Coordinate and manage events to increase brand visibility and support firm objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences and develop compelling messaging. • Monitor marketing analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive. • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Supervise direct reports and manage marketing team operations. • Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a law firm or legal services industry. • Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal marketing strategies. • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, etc.) • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. • Creative and innovative mindset with a results-oriented approach. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
