    DiNapoli Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, who owns and operates venues including The Briarcliff Manor, The Somers Pointe and The Pleasantville Manor. This hospitality company who specializes in event spaces is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.

    We are looking for a great professional to fill our Marketing and Event Assistant position at The Briarcliff Manor. Focused on creating Wedding and Other event content - this is a perfect role for someone interested in pursuing a career in events/hospitality.

    NOTE *This role requires Weekends. Sample schedule : Tuesday -Saturday This is an in-person role - not a virtual role.

    Previous event/hospitality experience is a plus!

    This person will work events for additional compensation.

    The Marketing and Event Assistant Responsibilities:

    Marketing:

    Create & Schedule scroll stopping content that delivers the brand mission and promotes brand. Social Media Content Creation – Instagram, Tik tok, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Twitter

    Manage Website Content – Update event calendar with upcoming events, packages, photo gallery, weekly blogs in word press

    PR- Write Press Releases & Contact Media Connections

    Events – promoting events through email campaigns, flyers, eventbrite, facebook, website calendar

    Event and Admin Assistant:

    · Inquiry management and Sales assistance– Reach out to and track incoming inquiries, Tour Prospective Clients

    · Assist in Event Coordination & Planning

    · Administrative work such as answering phones, greeting guests, printing materials, calendar management, other ad hoc projects · Provide customer service to clients

    · Work real events, as a helping hand, and capture content live

    · Work as Bridal Attendant

    · Work inhouse photobooth at events when needed

    Requirements:

    Degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality

    Active User and Creator on multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest), experience growing social media followers + engagement

    Strong photography, videography and editing skills

    Has a passion for hospitality, content creation and storytelling

    Highly Organized & Excellent Communication skills - Excellent Writing Skills

    Passionate, collaborative, and eager to learn

    Customer Service Skills

    Must have excellent project management skills to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and company needs
