We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in their efforts to build the best brand recognition in town. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, community events, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Plan, organize, and implement community events both at the office as well as off-site locations • Work closely with our team of agents, fielding and executing requests for marketing materials, closing gifts, and other client-based engagement ideas • Manage a list of preferred vendors and facilitate relationship-building opportunities via meeting presentations, event sponsorships, and marketing of their partnership with the team Qualifications: • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills • Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Demonstrate the ability to think outside the box with a flair for creativity • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask and pivot in an ever-evolving environment • Experience with Canva and Adobe required Compensation: $40,000 yearly
