Position Details Commitment: 40 hours per week, Schedule comes with great flex depending on if you are working a live event that takes place in an evening or not. Non-event days are in the office from 8 am-5 pm with a lunch - Monday-Friday. Compensation: The starting salary range is $48,000-$53,000, plus a bonus incentive of a company trip and bonus pay if company goals are obtained each year. All Holidays off including relaxed hours between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day and you get Your Birthday off! Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Support • Work with the Director of Marketing and Operations on event scheduling, attendance, and logistics around the events • Follow up with prospects to confirm meeting details, and that they received information on event attendance • Assist with the reparation of proposals for executing client and prospect events • Review and proof marketing materials, letters, and communication pieces • Research, input, and organize prospect data in the CRM system and provide an executive summary of findings • Already having Salesforce Knowledge is a big plus for the potential candidate • Flexibility to work evening events during the week approximately 8 times a month, executing live events that you have planned • Work with Vendors in the Tyler/Longview area to secure event space, and logistics for the event, and sub-vendors helping to execute the Rose Retirement experience for clients Qualifications: Skills & Experience Required: • Ability to work independently, good time management, and critical thinking • Excellent written and oral communications • Superior client relations skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to handle inbound calls with ease and confidence • Ability to execute live events serving as the key point of contact throughout • Proof-reading skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently with high-level productivity • Willingness to learn new programs Compensation: $48,000 - $53,000 yearly
