We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive Assistant to support our real estate business. This role involves a mix of administrative, marketing, and client-facing duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Client coordinating • Team coordinating - orders, projects, etc • Personal errands • Showings - scheduling, commissions, feedback • Hosting open houses • Designing & sending marketing materials • Ordering & delivering gifts - referral, closing, personal Pop By gifts - ordering, spreadsheets, wrapping Instagram & LinkedIn posts • Scheduling events on the calendar • Printing/packaging needed materials • Note-taking in meetings • Adding & organizing contacts • Creating spreadsheets • Sending market updates/insights reports • Updating client Collections • Making listing/buyer packages • Scheduling photography & staging • Scheduling & meeting contractors • Post-closing marketing • Attending broker’s & open houses • Google & website maintenance • Coordinating keys - copies, Supras, lockboxes • Party planning Qualifications: • A Real Estate license or the ability to get licensed is a plus! • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work weekends and evenings • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn) • Experience with real estate marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Reliable transportation for errands and on-site meetings Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 BOE + Bonuses
