    Join Pocono Vacation Home Sales, a specialized real estate business specializing in vacation rental (Airbnb-style) investment properties! We’re seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Marketing and Executive Assistant to drive our marketing efforts and streamline daily operations. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing and successful real estate company. This hybrid role combines digital marketing expertise with executive assistant duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will support the owner with administrative tasks, manage marketing campaigns, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients who are buying and selling homes in this segment. This position is full-time, flexible hours for a realtor based in Albrightsville, PA, and prefers candidates to be within an hour's drive of our office. Compensation: • Base Salary: $48,000 - $54,000 • Paid Time Off • Profit-sharing and Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: • Assist and support the owner in all aspects of the business, mostly in sales. • Provide administrative support to streamline operations, including scheduling, inquiry management, and organizing sales-oriented tasks. • Coordinate and prep for client presentations, meetings, and appointments. • Screen and direct phone calls, and web inquiries, and distribute correspondence. • Handle requests and queries appropriately. • Help prioritize sales opportunities and direct effective responses. • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to attract and engage real estate buyers. • Manage campaigns to showcase the value of vacation rental investments in the Poconos and short-term rental properties. • Optimize and maintain the company website, CRM systems, and third-party platforms to enhance lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. • Collaborate on innovative initiatives to establish PoconoVacationHomeSales.com as the premier resource for short-term rental investments in the Poconos. • Watch market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. • Develop targeted strategies to serve a sophisticated, analytical client base through data-driven insights and partnerships. • Leverage the Short-Term Rental Scorecards and other proprietary tools to educate and support clients in making profitable investment decisions. • Collaborate to standardize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and establish a culture of innovation and market leadership. Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in Sales-focused Marketing. • Familiarity with the real estate industry, not currently licensed as a realtor, but a desire to earn licensure is encouraged (licensing and training provided). • Strong experience in online marketing and social media management. • Digital and CRM savvy (experience with Keller Williams Command is not required). • Outstanding organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest software applications and able to navigate new systems quickly. • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload, especially in an occasionally chaotic environment - can work on multiple projects at once. • Able to work independently to support a team and efficiently manage everyone’s time. • Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication skills. • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists. • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
