Location: The Lesner Inn, Virginia Beach, VA

Position: Internship (open to part-time & full-time) Duration: Open to seasonal internships

At The Lesner Inn we specialize in creating unforgettable wedding experiences. Set in a beautiful location, our venue offers a unique atmosphere for couples to celebrate their special day. We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our venue.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Collaborate with our team to design promotional materials and advertisements.

Help manage our website content and SEO efforts to improve online visibility.

Write informative and creative blog posts about wedding trends, planning tips, and venue highlights to enhance our online presence

Participate in organizing and promoting venue tours and Open House events.

Conduct research on wedding industry trends and competitor analysis.

Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Capture behind-the-scenes content at events on the weekend.

Assist venue manager during events with event set up, event needs, & event breakdown.

What You Bring:

A strong passion for events, weddings, and marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation and design.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
