    Real Estate Marketing Internship Applicants must be in San Diego, CA for the entirety of this 16-week IN-PERSON internship. Do you LOVE filming high-energy content, being surrounded by successful business people, working with top-performing real estate professionals, and visiting high-end properties? Then you may be a perfect fit for our content team at our Sales and Marketing consulting firm! This internship is largely focused on capturing and documenting our incredible people as they build and develop the top real estate team in the country - again! Our interns receive real-world experience and hands-on training, development, and mentorship from top-performing sales, marketing real estate executives. This internship position provides an educational experience that serves as compensation. All positions within our company are promoted from within; top performers may be offered part-time or full-time career opportunities within our organization as well as placements within client and vendor organizations. Availability: • Must be available to meet in person: -Wednesdays 8:45am - noon -Fridays 9 am - 2 pm PST -One weekend day each week -Other opportunities as they come up Required: • Student Mentality • Positive attitude • High Integrity • Professionalism • Ability to efficiently and consistently create engaging content • Ability to work well both individually and collaboratively with a team Desired: • Basic social media events, ads, and marketing skills • Basic understanding of LinkedIn • Experience with Instagram stories and TikTok • Google Business or Google Analytics experience • Possession of or interest in obtaining a real estate license • Competitive sports experience • Are force-sensitive • Attended Hogwarts Skills Learned: • Business Career Skills • Professional Networking • Communication Skills • Social Media Marketing • Affiliate Marketing • Influencer Marketing • Email Marketing • Event Planning Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: • Film and document our team and individual journeys and portray them authentically • Assist with open houses, putting out open house signs, prepping the property • Track and present online presence data and traffic • Create strategic ads, marketing materials, and sales collateral • Create and implement ads and social media marketing • Tabling at local job fairs, college campuses, open houses, street fairs and festivals Secondary Responsibilities: • Digital content creation • Video and media editing • Marketing duties (logistics, writing copy, updating documents, etc) • Work with influencers, agents, executives and network with top-performing business insiders Qualifications: • This is an entry-level internship. Experience is helpful, but not required. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences • This internship is designed as a stepping stone for those who wish to get their foot in the door to the business world or to decide if the corporate path is truly for them • While post-secondary school has countless benefits for its attendees, we respect and appreciate that colleges are not the sole providers of quality education.
