    The Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth by collaborating with the Business Development Managers (BDM) and Director of Business Development to develop and execute an annual Marketing Plan aligned with business objectives and budget. This position will oversee all aspects of the marketing strategy, ensuring its effective execution while being data-driven and results-oriented. Responsibilities: • Collaborates with BDM and the Director of Business Development to develop both short- and long-term marketing plans, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business objectives. • Research, analyzes, and monitors market, financial, technological, and demographic factors to identify new opportunities and minimize competitive threats. • Oversees marketing sections of CRM software, managing advertising and promotional activities across various channels including print, radio, TV, online, email, and direct mail. • Selects, manages, and coordinates with external contractors or vendors on ongoing marketing projects. • Works closely with writers and graphic designers to oversee copywriting, design, layout, and production of marketing materials. • Oversees Client Success Coordinator implementing client surveys and implementation of complaint systems to avoid and/or calm dissatisfied clients. • Ensures the firm's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Google, LinkedIn) remain fresh, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing goals. • Creates and implements systems to track and evaluate marketing performance, generating data-driven insights to improve strategy. • Reports key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Director of Business Development and BDM. • Manages and modifies the visa sales and marketing calendar, collaborating with the Director of Sales to report on outcomes and results. • Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of marketing tactics to ensure a satisfactory return on investment and market share. • Coordinates tracking of firm experience and successes for use in marketing materials, proposals, pitches, practice descriptions, and lawyer biographies. • Performs other related duties as assigned **SKILLS & ABILITIES ** • Proven track record in executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and achieve business goals • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and monitor market trends and competitive activity • Excellent project management skills, with experience in working with vendors and external partners • A deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing) • Effective communicator and team player, capable of managing cross-functional relationships to execute marketing initiatives • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team Qualifications: • Minimum of 4-5 years of prior marketing experience, with or without a degree • Strong understanding of internet marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing • Proficient with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media platforms, and WordPress • Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing practices Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
