AW Labor Solutions is searching for a Marketing Manager for our Austin, Texas-based labor solutions firm. Responsibilities: • Researches, analyzes and monitors market, financial, technological, and demographic factors so that opportunities may be capitalized on quickly and the possibility of competitors capturing market share is minimized. • Oversees the marketing section of the CRM software and marketing contact lists, advertising, and promotion activities including print, radio, TV, online, email, and direct mail tactics. • Selects and project manages outside contractors or vendors on ongoing marketing projects. • Works with writers and graphic artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, and production of marketing items. • Coordinate tracking of firm experience and successes for use in firm materials, on the website, in pitches and proposals, practice descriptions and lawyer biographies. • Oversees Client Success Coordinator implementing client surveys and implementation of complaint systems to avoid and/or calm dissatisfied clients. • Keep the Client related sections of the Firm’s website and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, Google, and LinkedIn accounts) up-to-date and fresh. • Creates and implements marketing metrics systems that track results so there is a data-driven feedback system to aid in decisions. • Tracks and reports personal and team progress of KPIs to the Operations Manager and the Owners. Other duties as may be assigned by the Owner or Firm Administrator. Qualifications: • A degree with major in business, marketing, advertising, or communications preferred. MBA a plus. • A strong track record and prior marketing experience, with or without a degree, is essential. • Minimum 4-5 years experience. • Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
