About the Role Siebert is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager/Associate Producer with some years of experience (3 to 5) in digital marketing who is eager to dive into multiple areas of marketing, learn on the go, and take ownership of exciting projects. A key focus of this role will be supporting and managing podcast production and promotion. Responsibilities:
Podcast Production & Promotion:
Manage the hands-on coordination of Siebert’s podcast, including booking guests, scheduling recordings, and managing post-production workflows.
Assist in creative direction for episodes, ensuring compelling content that aligns with Siebert’s vision and tone.
Promote podcast episodes through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to grow audience engagement.
Content Creation (Associate Producer role for video content)
Write, edit, and produce multi-format video content, optimizing and integrating our podcast production with video content to promote the same themes and topics.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure messaging consistency with Siebert’s branding
Digital Marketing:
Support the planning and execution of campaigns across paid ads, organic social, and educational content.
Work directly on campaign setup, monitoring KPIs, and making adjustments to optimize performance.
Social Media Strategy:
Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Work closely with influencers and partners to expand reach and develop a strong online community.
Email Marketing & CRM:
Design and execute email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and A/B testing to drive engagement.
Use CRM platforms to track customer interactions and enhance personalized marketing efforts. .
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights to inform strategies.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or podcast production.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
Knowledge of podcast workflows, including guest management and post-production, is a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Eager to learn and grow, with the flexibility to work across multiple marketing disciplines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
Willingness to work at least 3 days per week in person at our Miami office and to travel for work as required.
