Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will manage campaigns across digital platforms, oversee content strategy, coordinate with external vendors, and track performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, paid ads)

• Manage and grow digital presence through SEO, SEM, and organic strategies

• Create and manage a content calendar aligned with brand goals and market trends

• Collaborate with sales to develop lead-gen and nurture strategies

• Analyze campaign results, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly

• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including landing pages, newsletters, webinars, etc.

• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and partners

• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or investment industries

• Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, tools (Google Analytics, SalesForce etc.)

• Excellent communication, project management, and creative-thinking skills

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing to investors, capital raisers, or in the self-directed IRA space

• Graphic design or video editing experience

• Understanding of compliance in financial marketing
