CENTURY 21 Edge, an award-winning real estate brokerage in Central Florida and Tampa, is looking for a Marketing Manager to take our branding and growth to new heights. In this role, you’ll create and execute marketing strategies that attract top real estate agents, generate leads for buyers and sellers, and promote our listings. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a marketing team while driving innovative campaigns that help us stand out in the market. This is an in-office position at 12211 Regency Village Drive, Suite 3, Orlando, FL 32821. Responsibilities: • Brand Development: Build and maintain a distinctive brand presence within CENTURY 21’s guidelines, ensuring visibility among agents, buyers, and sellers. • Agent Recruitment: Develop marketing strategies to attract top-performing agents to join CENTURY 21 Edge. • Lead Generation: Create innovative campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our agents. • Property Marketing: Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns to promote brokerage listings. • Content Creation: Manage and produce content across social media, email, and digital platforms to grow engagement and reach. • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. • Agent Support: Assist agents with their personal marketing efforts to enhance their visibility and success. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of results. Real estate industry experience is a strong plus but not required. Skills: • Social media expertise with a history of audience growth and engagement. • Proficiency in email/SMS drip campaigns, SEM, and SEO. • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Final Cut Pro, Zoho CRM, WordPress (Elementor), and Yoast SEO. BoldTrail Pro experience is a bonus! • Personality: Highly creative, action-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment. • Education: A degree in marketing or a related field is a bonus but not required—we value results over formal education. Compensation: $67,000 - $74,000 yearly
