    Position Title: Marketing Manager

    Reports To: Director of Marketing and Creative

    Status: Full-Time

    Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Creative. This role will be responsible for helping to strategize promotional and marketing plans to bring awareness to members of Central and local community members of events, services, and ministries. This role will be highly strategic, data drive, and use analytics to make decisive decisions.

    the vision of Central Christian Church.

    STRATEGY & PLANNING

    Innovate ways to engage and develop each of Central’s target audience by:

    Co-creating a Communication Plan with organization leaders and their teams that promotes success to KPI’s and goals (ministries, events, Easter, Christmas, etc.)

    Analyzing and gathering data reports for improvement and efficiency across marketing and communication in particular focus on emails and websites (SEO, email data, email drip campaigns, text, etc.)

    Advise data strategy team on marcom reporting needs and best practices for performance

    Email marketing strategy (innovating email marketing to reach and communicate to geolocation audiences)

    Digital advertising strategy (leveraging ad spend effectively across all channels outside social media for optimal performance)

    Partner with the Media Team Manager and Ministry leaders to create and communicate strategies that align global goals, priorities, and objectives across all campuses. (IE, initial promo plans, etc.)

    Promote consistency in brand experience and identity (look and feel)

    Manage user experience and journey for website (strategy for assimilation to action steps for user)

    Oversees and manages communications editorial calendar (via Trello)

    Oversees and managers analytics for digital platforms (website, sms, socials, etc.)

    Monitors and responds to all reviews (all digital platforms)

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear;. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
