SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is the driving force behind all marketing initiatives. From assisting in planning to execution, this role oversees a diverse range of marketing activities, including social media strategy/ campaigns, event planning, and the implementation of in-theatre promotions. With a keen eye for detail and strong project management skills, the Marketing Manager ensures that promotions are delivered on time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Works with the CMO to establish goals and objectives for each project; manages project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Navigates rapid changes and fast-paced environments, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver results efficiently
Manages Basecamp, Asana, and SharePoint
Communication of project timelines to all internal and external stakeholders
Promotion Planning & Execution
Manages email and newsletter processes and outlines, reviews, and approves emails
Proof-reads creative and outgoing marketing
Orders supplies and materials as needed
Manages organic social media channels and digital marketing
Leads ambassador program
Assists with event planning; creates run of show and ensures smooth execution
Assists the CMO in the management of the Marketing AOR team; effectively communicates and provides support to AORs and theater management; attends meetings, takes notes, and places action items into Basecamp
Other duties
Other duties may be assigned by the CMO that are determined necessary to carry out the goals of Marketing Operations successfully

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field. Three to five years’ experience in marketing or related field.
