    Facility Grid is seeking a hands-on and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our growing company. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a fast-paced role that will be involved in every aspect of the marketing function — from brand strategy to lead generation to relationship management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging HubSpot, and growing brand presence through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms. B2B technology or start-up experience strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaign Management:

    Oversee website content, develop landing pages, and optimize the user experience throughout the customer journey.

    Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

    Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, increase web traffic, and support overall campaign performance.

    Monitor and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and paid advertisements.

    HubSpot Management:

    Manage and optimize the HubSpot platform for CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.

    Build workflows, nurture campaigns, and segment audiences for personalized communication.

    Email Marketing:

    Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

    Ensure high deliverability rates and continuous optimization of email strategies.

    Social Media Management:

    Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence on LinkedIn.

    Create and schedule engaging content, track performance, and grow follower engagement.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media insights.

    Create insightful reports with actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and ROI.

    Events:

    Plan and manage trade shows and regional events, ensuring successful outcomes in alignment with marketing objectives.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a small or growing company environment.

    Required Skills:

    Proven expertise in email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.

    Proficiency with Google Analytics and PowerPoint.

    Understanding of CRM systems and their role in marketing (HubSpot preferred).

    Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

    Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.

    Ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

    Meticulous attention to detail.

    Preferred Skills:

    B2B technology experience strongly preferred.

    Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and basic HTML is a plus.

    Start-up experience (in any industry) is a plus.
