    Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual based in Irvine, CA to join our team as a full-time Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s growth and visibility in the US market through effective marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and branding strategies tailored to our target audiences, from concept to execution. This role requires ensuring alignment with business goals, and refining ongoing strategies for optimal results. As a team leader, the candidate will oversee a team of 2 to 4 personnel (including interns) and report directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) and US Head.

    <Key Responsibilities>

    ● Campaign/Brand Management:

    o Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns from concept to execution across a myriad of platforms including but not limited to digital, social media, email, print, company website, newsletter and events among others, to drive brand awareness.

    o Track and Analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are met, and adjusting strategies accordingly to achieve goals and maximize PR exposure.

    o Ensure brand consistency across various platform and materials

    ● Event/Exhibition Management: o Develop and execute detailed plans for the exhibition, including layout, design, scheduling, and logistics and collaborate with the team, vendors, event organizers to ensure all components are prepared and setup in a timely manner.

    o Design and produce marketing materials, such as but is not limited to brochures, presentations, and promotion items to support campaigns and sales effort.

    o Perform due diligence on the best sponsorship opportunities to secure to build valuable partnerships and to enhance marketing initiatives.

    ● Market Research:

    o Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the solar industry – assessing consumer needs, growth markets, competitor activities and industry trends to develop aligned marketing strategies.

    o Conduct research on trending topics within the solar industry for newsletter and collaborate with team members to communicate updates and insights to market players.

    ● Collaboration & Partnership Development:

    o Collaborate with all departments (particularly sales) to align marketing strategies with company goals.

    o Develop and nurture partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and stakeholders.

    o Assisting in all aspects of solar industry US sales initiatives that translate to actual sales.

    • Perform all other duties as assigned due to changing needs of the sales team or the company.

    <Requirements>

    ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master degree or higher is a plus but not required.

    ● Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role, preferably in the solar industry, with a proven track record of successful marketing strategies.

    ● Proficiency in marketing/visual editing/team management software tools (e.g. SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, WIX, Asana, Zoho, Canva, video editing software).

    ● Strong leadership and project management skills.

    ● Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions.

    ● Experience with budget management and performance reporting.

    ● Deep understanding in terms of marketing to the US market and navigating its nuances.

    ● Hybrid, but available to work on-site at the Irvine, CA office at least 3 days per week.
