    Marketing & Events Coordinator Are you a creative event planner with a knack for social media? Do you enjoy discovering and describing unique home features? Comfortable using AI tools? If you're proactive, organized, and can manage every part of a marketing project—from initial planning to post-event follow-up—this could be the perfect fit! Join us in an exciting role where you’ll create, plan, and execute all aspects of marketing, including branding, property promotions, client events, social media, and more. You’ll work alongside a successful Realtor who values high-level client care and specializes in a relationship-focused, concierge real estate business. We look forward to meeting you! Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Event Management Client Engagement • Plan and execute client events • Create and deliver swag bags and pop-bys • Manage birthday "spinners" and monthly drawings • Order and manage client gifts (including closing gifts) Content Creation Social Media Management • Produce monthly newsletters and blog posts • Manage daily social media posts • Write marketing copy for listings • Create home marketing materials (flyers, brochures, online content) • Administrative Marketing Support • Maintain and update the SOP manual and website • Manage drip email campaigns for past clients and Realtor referrals • Print client call lists weekly • Attend home photo appointments • Property Marketing Vendor Management • Prepare and install directional signs for open houses/home sales • Liaise with contractors and vendor partners General Office Duties • Work in the office daily (8-4 or 9-5), with occasional after-hours for events • Collaborate with admin team on website and marketing updates • Assist with management and research Continuous Improvement • Stay current with real estate marketing trends and best practices Flexibility Teamwork • Adapt to changing priorities and assist team members as needed • Contribute ideas for improving processes and client satisfaction Qualifications: We're looking for a dynamic individual with the following skills: • Organizational Prowess • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently • Keen eye for detail and systematic approach to work • Time Management • Consistent record of timely task completion • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Multitasking Maven • Comfortable handling various projects simultaneously • Adaptable to changing priorities and workloads • Logical Decision-Making • Analytical approach to problem-solving • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Creative Design Skills • Flair for visually appealing marketing materials • Ability to think outside the box for innovative designs • AI Marketing Savvy • Understanding of AI applications in marketing • Ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced marketing strategies • Team Player • Takes direction well and implements feedback effectively • Collaborates seamlessly with team members • Problem-Solving Ace • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Creative troubleshooting skills Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
