As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You excel at orchestrating teams and juggling numerous projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the team’s business goals, emphasizing luxury branding and client acquisition. • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to ensure our approach remains cutting-edge. • Collaborate with the CEO to define marketing objectives and measure success metrics. Branding and Content Creation: • Build and maintain a consistent luxury brand image across all platforms and marketing materials. • Write and edit engaging content for blogs, website pages, and other communications that resonates with our audience. • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, postcards, and promotional materials, using Canva or Photoshop. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation: • Design and execute lead generation campaigns that leverage existing platforms and explore new avenues for client acquisition. • Oversee revamp of action plans, email drips and engage with any out-of-house consultant when necessary for implementation. • Develop and manage SEO-optimized content to drive traffic to the team website and enhance online visibility. • Create targeted weekly email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with the client database, as well as recruiting messaging with the support of the Sales Manager. Listing and Property Marketing: • Oversee the launch of new listings, including coordinating professional photography, videography, and staging. • Develop unique marketing plans for each property, including creating individual property websites and promotional content. • Help create consistent new listing marketing plan and oversee action items for each launch. Heavy involvement by TL for luxury listings will continue for foreseeable future. • Plan and execute ongoing photo and video strategy for listings and agent/lifestyle marketing, including assisting agents on individual listing videos when needed. Video Strategy and Production: • Develop and execute a video content strategy and scripts to showcase properties, team activities and culture, education, and community involvement. Footage and editing may be done out-of-house. • Coordination with external vendors for video production and editing when necessary, ensuring top-quality results. Social Media Management: • Optimize and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and GMB • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, as well as quality control and interface with existing out-of-house vendor relationship. • Within 6 months, bring social media management back “in house.” • Plan content calendar and oversee posting with support of entire operations team. Client, Partner, and Community Engagement: • Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including photographers, videographers, printers, and digital marketing vendors, to deliver top-tier marketing assets and campaigns. • Collaborate with agents to create tailored marketing strategies for individual listings and enhance their personal branding. • Help plan and execute exclusive events, such as broker tours and client appreciation gatherings, ensuring seamless coordination and an unforgettable experience. • Develop event-specific materials, such as invitations, follow-ups, and branded collateral, to support engagement and outreach efforts. • Serve as a brand ambassador by identifying PR opportunities, managing media outreach, and fostering partnerships with local publications to elevate the team's visibility. • Implement community engagement strategies to position the team as a trusted and influential leader in the Huntsville luxury real estate market. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a similar role preferred; real estate or luxury marketing experience is highly desirable. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling way. • Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. • Expertise in social media strategy, digital advertising, and analytics. • Knowledge of video content strategy and production is a plus. • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
