We are seeking a Marketing Director with a strong background in direct response marketing and experience in the legal industry (preferred) to lead our marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. Responsibilities: • Direct Response Marketing: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate measurable leads, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. • Law Firm Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the legal industry to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences and highlight the firm’s specialized services. • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Create and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's goals, focusing on increasing brand visibility and market share. • Digital and Content Marketing: Oversee digital advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and the firm's website, ensuring SEO optimization and compelling content. • Client Acquisition and Retention: Collaborate with attorneys to design personalized business development plans and strengthen client relationships through tailored outreach initiatives. • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials, reinforcing the firm’s position as a leader in its field. • Analytics and Optimization: Track the success of marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet performance targets. • Budget Management: Manage expenditures maximizing ROI from the firm’s various marketing channels. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team and coordinate with external vendors to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on direct response campaigns and demonstrated success in the legal industry. • Strong knowledge of law firm dynamics , including practice areas, client needs, and compliance considerations. • Expertise in crafting lead-generation strategies and converting prospects into long-term clients. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Compensation: $85,000 +
