Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing campaigns • Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing and sales strategies that align with company goals • Manage all social media platforms and digital marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and increase online presence • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For: • Skilled in social media management and graphic design • Organized, with a creative approach to help agents shine online • Artistic eye and great ability in Canva design • Marketing work experience • Loves brainstorming with people to come up with creative marketing ideas Compensation: $12,000 annually
