We are seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies, working alongside a full-time developer and automation expert. Position Overview: This is a part-time, remote, position estimated to require 15 to 25 hours of time per week. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing a variety of marketing activities, including Facebook ad campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, community outreach, and marketing automation. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can collaborate with our marketing agency and podcast manager, and also fully leverage the expertise of our in-house developer to optimize marketing processes. This is a part-time, remote role with significant growth potential. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: • Lead the setup, management, and optimization of Facebook advertising campaigns to drive client acquisition and brand awareness. • Collaborate with the marketing agency to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms. • Oversee website performance and updates, working closely with the marketing agency to ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized content. • Partner with the podcast manager to boost social media promotion for our podcast on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. • Organize and execute webinars, including promotion, technical setup, and follow-up to engage prospective clients. • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using automation tools to nurture leads and maintain engagement with clients. Marketing Automation & Lead Tracking: • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead tracking and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. • Collaborate with our full-time developer and automation expert to create custom automation workflows, reporting systems, and data dashboards to monitor the performance of all marketing efforts. • Leverage existing tech resources to develop effective marketing funnels and optimize conversion rates. Facebook & Social Media Campaigns: • Design and manage targeted Facebook ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, budgeting, and performance optimization. • Analyze and report on Facebook campaign performance to ensure a high return on investment. • Collaborate with the podcast manager on promoting social media content across multiple platforms to increase reach and engagement. Community & Local Marketing: • Identify and execute local outreach initiatives, including event sponsorships, partnerships, and community-driven campaigns to build brand presence. • Develop PR strategies to increase visibility for Buchanan Law Group in both online and offline spaces. Analytics & Reporting: • Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. • Provide detailed reporting on the performance of all marketing activities and implement data-driven recommendations to optimize results. • Work closely with senior leadership to manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals. Additional Responsibilities: • Collaborate on content creation for the firm’s website, including blog posts, case studies, and client testimonials. • Manage social media content and campaigns in coordination with the podcast manager to ensure consistent messaging and engagement. Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation, ad creation, and performance tracking. • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms) and CRM systems (Podio experience is a plus). • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and lead tracking tools. • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, marketing agencies, and content creators. • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and optimization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating engaging marketing content. Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
